- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

- We’ll provide a return shipping label (if applicable) or instructions for sending the item back.
2. Refunds

- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if it’s approved for a refund.
- If approved, we’ll process a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Non-Refundable Costs:
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product.
- Defective or Incorrect Items:
- If you receive a defective product or the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll cover return shipping and provide a replacement or full refund.
